RETURN POLICY

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

To qualify for a return, the journal(s) must remain unused and retain their original shrinkwrap seal. This policy is in place to uphold the quality and ensure a consistent unboxing experience for every customer.

If you returned any products prior to contacting us, please contact our support to make us aware of the returned items so that we can proceed further with the return or exchange.

How do I make a return?

To initiate a return, please log in to your account using the email address associated with your order and follow the instructions.

How long do I have to return?

You have a 30-day window to initiate a return from the day you receive your order. Unfortunately , we are unable to accommodate returns after this 30-day period has expired.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and issued via the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@journeystrength.com.

A refund may be rejected if:

  • It is received after more than 30 days after your item was delivered
  • Goods are used or damaged
  • It did not retain its original shrinkwrap seal
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected

Will my shipping costs be refunded?

The original shipping costs will not be included in your refund. However, for US residents, we will be happy to offer you a free prepaid return shipping label for your returned order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received your return and checked everything's in order, we'll refund your original method of payment. Please allow approximately 2 - 3 weeks for return processing. We’ll be sure to keep you updated and email you when we have processed your refund.
