it’s time to
In this 3-month program, I’ll use the combination of my journey to mentor you and my coaching processes to guide you. Together we will set powerful goals for yourself and make a plan for action. During this process, you will learn the mental tools and processes to identify your negative thoughts, mindset habits, and beliefs and we’ll replace them with empowering thoughts, tackle the fear, self-doubt, and confidence killer thoughts and ways of thinking holding you back from taking up space in and out of competition. You’ll leave new tools for the journey.
I decided to work with Rachael because I felt like it was the push I needed to get back in motion after several months (maybe an entire year) of stagnation in my personal growth and in my sport as well. I look up to her so much as an athlete and person, and I found that it would be an amazing opportunity to work with my idol.
I was struggling with self esteem, self love, confidence, and my identity. I felt like I was struggling to find a purpose in my life and felt very stagnant in my journey.
Now, I feel like I have a very detailed plan of what I want and where I am going. I know myself and trust myself entirely. I feel confident in my sport and in navigating relationships and all areas of my life. It is very easy for me to recognize things for what they are, rather than overthink and spiral out of control with pessimistic thinking. I have achieved more and made more progress than I ever have before. My life feels purposeful and in motion and I feel as if I gained so much wisdom from my time with Rachael.

i accidentally stumbled upon volleyball entering my freshman year of high school. I had the physical potential but in that moment i began to believe the story that my skills weren’t enough and that i was behind compared to everyone else. that story and those beliefs stole my confidence.
i went to the university of texas to play volleyball. i had talent but there was still a part of me that didn’t own my space so that i could move and play with full confidence.
i joined the usa women’s national volleyball team.
i had a coach ask me “why does it look like you don’t think you deserve to be out there on the court?” after a game — made me deep dive into what i was believing about myself and my capabilities and i dove into learning about the power of my mindset.
i no longer wanted to be the only thing standing in my way.
i was playing small.
i was doubting myself and my capabilities.
i was my biggest critic.
it wasn’t until i tapped into the power of knowing and understanding my mindset that I was able to take up when I was competing and continuously be able to tap into my confidence.
it was all about tackling my limiting beliefs. letting go of perfectionism. embracing and viewing mistakes differently. awareness of my body language and thoughts. and so much more
For a year i honed in on my mindset skills was able to own my confidence and capabilities, and i was selected to the olympic team and became an Olympic medalist. I had the tools and mindset to feel confident and capable on the biggest sports stage in the world.
I now you my journey and processes as a certified coach to help other female athletes do the same.

i’ll send this to you to fill out before our first session filled with questions to inspire you to reflect and answer some inspiring and thought provoking questions. helping you dig deeper and get clear on what you want to achieve most form our time together.
this session is for you. it will take place via zoom and we will deep dive into where you’re at in life now and get crystal clear on where you want to be, how you want to feel during competition and training, and the one thing you want to achieve by the end of our time together.
i am going to ask powerful questions to see where are starting point is and i will guide you to set powerful/inspiring 3-4 goals so next session i can help you to set inspiring and actionable steps for each of your goals. we’ll update these steps every 2 weeks during our session.
each session will take place via zoom every two weeks and all support will be tailored to you
we’ll set an action step for each of the goals you set in the first session and then each session we’ll update the action step of each of your goals every 2 weeks — each update is a level up and a step closer to getting you to where you want to be and how you want to feel while competing. we’ll address any roadblocks and celebrate all the mini victories
the telegram app will be a space for you to reach out in-between sessions to share mini victories with me, where i can cheer you on, encourage and support you through the successes and challenges, and where all the good stuff will happen in-between our sessions.
i will be support in your back pocket and will respond within 24hrs (mon – fri)
i will check in with you weekly via telegram so you can keep on track toward your goals, even when it gets challenging, and I can keep you accountable to the action steps you set for yourself between sessions
i want to help you dive deeper into the strength that lies within you. help you really get to know yourself. also get to know your weaknesses. things you’ve been overlooking
each athletes journey, needs, and main struggles will be different so the resources, homework, and in-between recommendations that i share will be specifically tailored to what each one needs.
$1500 pay in full or, 3 payments of $500 – first payment is due at the time you enroll, remaining 2 payments will begin the following month for 2 months consecutively. All payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
I am a mentor that leads with a coaching process. In other words, I will take you through a coaching process but what makes it unique is that I have the capabilities to share, relate, and guide you as your mentor.
I will be using my journey to becoming an Olympic Medalist and the experiences I’ve had along the way to be your mentor in COMBO with coaching processes to be your coach.
As your mentor I will share my knowledge and my journey (with your permission) and when I am explaining concepts, ideas, and tools that I have learned.

This call is our opportunity to get to know each other to see if we would be a good fit, a time for you to ask all the questions on your mind when it comes to my program and myself, and for me to ask a few a series of questions to uncover your needs, challenges, and goals you’d like to achieve during our time together.
All coaching sessions will take place on Zoom.
Absolutely! If you get to the end of our time and feel like you would like an option for follow ups or would like to continue the program we can have a discussion on what they could and would look like.
This program is geared for female athlete that are the ages 16 and up.
